3# The Lens of Awareness
My focus can be narrow or wide. How is yours? Right now, while you are reading this are you absorbed in the text or are you tuned to your periphery?
The lens of awareness usually shifts unchecked. With practice though I can make it a conscious choice. For example in a boxing fight I may switch the crowd off and only see my opponent. In meeting I may widen it to register everyones' behaviour.
Hmm, I wonder how adjusting my lens of awareness would improve my daily life...
