Have been feeling low this week. And trying to come out of the slump is an effort. Even thinking of trying is an effort.
Let me try something my hypnotherapist friend, R, suggested: If I were feeling 1% better, what is one thing I would do differently?
Hmm, I guess I would give myself a break. Maybe I'd listen to some music for 10mins not giving a £%$%. Ok, that's cheered me up a bit. And I haven’t even done it yet.
This 1% works.
