I think it is really useful to recognise that every judgement and decision, of the myriads made in the course of a day, is directed by my mind-state at the time.
That is why, for example, if I’m feeling sensitive, I may ‘know’ that a friend ignoring me when I wave hello is “a rude &Q$$%$ and I should keep my distance”. Or if I am feeling great, I may ‘know’ that “they might be stressed and I should reach out later”. Now either could be right, but what if I could proactively tweak my mind-state to direct me to the assessment that is most helpful?
This is increasingly possible with the wealth of mind-training techniques available today. There is something for everyone and I highly recommend doing some research. Also, you may want to listen to the below podcast (5 mins) which has some real-life experiences.
