Diary #116 The Six Minute Diary

Here is simple diary template that I find easy to commit to and very helpful.


The Six Minute Diary by Dominic Spenst (Amazon and other retailers) is broken down to 3mins in the morning and 3 in the evening and is split into simple sections viewed through positivity and growth.

 

If you like starting and ending the day with a wholesome reflection but are struggling to make it a habit, I highly recommend it.
