“Focus on Solutions rather than Results”
I have been pondering over this quote recently. There is a subtle difference but in practice I am finding it quite profound. According to Richard Lepper
(www.themiltonpractice.co.uk) who introduced it to me, focusing on solutions means working with what I can control. The trick is to be aware, in real-time, a) what I can control and b) how.
