Diary #101 Random Acts of Kindness

I am preparing to start teaching an 8-week mindfulness course and a big part of this is walking-the-walk.


In Week 5 we are asked to do Random Acts of Kindness every day. The idea is that doing a kind act, irrespective of the magnitude, stimulates the production of serotonin and oxytocin and increases our sense of connection and engagement with everyday life.

 

I am committing to do this for 21 days and curious to see how it goes.
