In the media I see a lot of people saying that mindfulness improves their lives: more focus, improved relationships, less stress etc. But the comments tend to be very generic.
“Ok it’s helped you, but how?” I always wonder. “Give me a real-life example”.
I’ve been interested in making short videos of mindfulness-in-real-life. This is an interview with Crysal, who lives in Nelson, New Zealand. Living in lockdown during Covid-19 she talks about her child interrupting her work. It's just over 2mins long. There won't be an Oscar for my editing, but I love her story.
